Kelly Falvey currently works for the LEARN RESC at the Connecticut River Academy, a magnet high school on the campus of Goodwin College in East Hartford. Kelly completed her undergraduate studies at Southern CT State University and her graduate studies at Wesleyan University. After completing a second certification at the University of Washington, Kelly now serves as a School Library Media Specialist and Social Studies Teacher. Kelly is grateful to have worked with colleagues at ALA national conferences and NCTA, PIER, and NCSS institutes. Kelly is passionate about supporting beginning teachers, collaborating across disciplines, and creating unique learning opportunities for teens.
